Health & Fitness

Welcome to my health and fitness blog.  I am going to give you the most up to date information on health and fitness to get you started on your healthy and fit lifestyle.

There are a lot of programs out there and a lot of information on the right way to lose weight and build muscle, but I have found that most contradict the other. So, which one is correct?  I think it really depends on you and how your body works.  What works for me does not work for my work-out partner.  It's important that you find the one that works for you and stick with it.
